I've had the privilege of working closely with leadership teams, supporting strategic decision-making and helping to manage the execution of those decisions. 
This experience has sparked a genuine interest in the emerging Web3 Chief of Staff role, particularly as it gains traction in the space. While I haven't formally held a Chief of Staff title, my journey in strategic operations, business planning and development, and product management has provided me with valuable insights that align well with this role. My enthusiasm for Web3 has further shaped my understanding of how to contribute effectively in this dynamic environment. 
I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to learn and grow in these areas. I'm excited about the possibility of applying these skills and keeping always an eye towards continuous learning and improvement.

Technical Kowledge

I possess comprehensive technical knowledge in scaling solutions, particularly within the Ethereum ecosystem. My expertise includes L2 rollups, such as Optimistic and ZK-Rollups, which are critical for enhancing Ethereum's scalability and reducing transaction costs. I am well-versed in the complexities of Ethereum's architecture and its smart contract functionality, enabling me to understand and build alignment with Ethereum's roadmap and numerous EIPs. Additionally, I have a deep understanding of zero-knowledge proving systems, specifically zk-SNARKs and zk-STARKs, which are crucial for providing robust proving systems that enable better data compression and significantly reduce costs related to data availability. The ongoing work from various teams on zkp, MPC, chain abstraction, data compression..etc, fills me with enthusiasm as it continues to pave the way for more efficient alternatives to scaling. The next significant step is the decentralization of zk proofs and  validation work, which will further advance the ecosystem. I want to continue support the efforst of these teams and advancing the technology breakthroughts.

As an early adopter of Web3, I immediately embraced the core values of decentralization, data ownership, and open source. These ideals sparked my curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring and developing this groundbreaking technology. I firmly believe in the potential of Web3 to improve systems and create more opportunities for people worldwide.

With extensive experience in project management and strategy execution, I have had the opportunity to lead complex projects from conception to successful completion. 

My background encompasses strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional team leadership. I strive to create streamlined processes that drive efficiency, enhance communication, and deliver tangible results.  
I give a lot of importance to stakeholder management to esure there is an alignment to move forward and achieving common goals. 
My track record includes managing highly complex and strategic  projects in dynamic environments; learning the ability to adapt, and thrive in fast-paced settings. 
I hold a Project Management Institute Certification and I have completed advanced programs on Strategy Execution at Stanford University.

NEAR Foundation
During my time with the NEAR Foundation leadership team, I had the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives. Assisted in implementing the OKRs  process, which helped improve alignment across the teams, supported ecosystem development efforts by leading the  work on regional hub expansion and growth strategies, collaborated with cross-functional teams (Community/Marketing/BD/ Comms-PR) to advance key objectives, and offered insights to help shape the organization's direction.
Polygon Labs
In my role as VP of Product, I had the opportunity to contribute to both operational efficiency and strategic growth. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to refine the product launch process, aiming to enhance efficiency and focus on actionable solutions, 
supported the development and implementation of regional go-to-market strategies, aligning product offerings with local market needs, and worked alongside talented colleagues to optimize product delivery and onboarding processes, striving to improve user experience and adoption rates. 
The Polygon experience helped me develop a more holistic understanding of product management in a global context. 

The insights gained from both experiences continue to inform my approach to leadership and problem-solving especially within the web3 space, where initial structures and organization are often limited.

I hold an excutive MBA from EPFL, Switzerland's leading technical university. My professional background, coupled with my Web3 journey, has instilled in me an agile, collaborative, results-oriented, and process-driven approach. Through my roles in operations, product management, and strategy, I have refined my decision-making skills, enabling me to effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks to align with organizational objectives.
